Markup Library Rendering Tools (MLRT) Free Software Download

The PES Tools software distribution contains the Markup Library Rendering Tools (MLRT) in C++20 source code form. I tend to use the GNU toolset for development though these tools also run on MS Windows systems due to the new C++ standards. I use WSL, Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL 2) for testing in on MS Windows. As MS Windows uses case-insensitive file names while Linux used case sensitive, it is easiest to just use case insensitive file names in the first place. This seems to be standard practice already.

xml-decorator Reads a PSF File and, using the PEL Library, generates the decorated sources ready for standard compilation
